LESSEE'S COOPERATION. In connection with the termination of this Lease due to the expiration of the Term or otherwise, Lessee shall cooperate with Lessor in transferring possession of the Leased Property to Lessor or a new tenant, including, without limitation, cooperating with the transfer of any licenses or permits necessary for the operation of any Facility.
