Common use of Lessee's Proposal Regarding Capital Additions and Material Structural Work Clause in Contracts

Lessee's Proposal Regarding Capital Additions and Material Structural Work. If the Lessee desires to undertake any Capital Addition or Material Structural Work, the Lessee shall submit to the Lessor in writing a proposal setting forth in reasonable detail any proposed Capital Addition or Material Structural Work and shall provide to the Lessor copies of, or information regarding, the applicable plans and specifications, Permits, Contracts and any other materials concerning the proposed Capital Addition or Material Structural Work, as the case may be, as the Lessor may reasonably request. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, each such proposal pertaining to any Capital Addition shall indicate the approximate projected cost of constructing such Capital Addition, the use or uses to which it will be put and a good faith estimate of the change, if any, in the Gross Revenues that the Lessee anticipates will result from the construction of such Capital Addition.
