Common use of LESSEE'S UTILITY SERVICES Clause in Contracts

LESSEE'S UTILITY SERVICES. Lessee shall be solely responsible for the direct payment of all utilities which are separately metered or separately charged (electric, natural gas, telephone, cable television and any other special utility requirements of Lessee), if any, to the Premises or to the Lessee and shall make such payments to the respective utility companies prior to delinquency. Such amounts shall not be included as Operating Expenses.
