Lesser Duties – Crane Crew. Where an Employee works as a member of the crane crew and there is no longer a role available to perform their typical responsibilities (i.e. the crane is no longer on the Project), the Employer may provide an alternative role under a lesser classification effective immediately provided no other Employee is made redundant to bring this to effect.
