Common use of LESSOR'S LENDER Clause in Contracts

LESSOR'S LENDER. Subject to LESSEE's rights pursuant to this Lease, LESSOR may at any time and without LESSEE's consent grant security interests over the Aircraft and assign the benefit of this Lease to a lender ("LESSOR'S LENDER") as security for LESSOR's obligations to LESSOR's Lender. Accordingly, if LESSOR's Lender requires, as a condition to providing financing, any nonsubstantive modification of this Lease, LESSEE agrees to enter into an agreement so modifying this Lease.

LESSOR'S LENDER. Subject to LESSEE's ’s rights pursuant to this Lease, LESSOR may at any time and without LESSEE's ’s consent grant security interests over the Aircraft and assign the benefit of this Lease to a lender ("“LESSOR'S LENDER"’s Lender”) as security for LESSOR's ’s obligations to LESSOR's ’s Lender. Accordingly, if LESSOR's ’s Lender requires, as a condition to providing financing, any nonsubstantive modification of this Lease, LESSEE agrees to enter into an agreement so modifying this Lease.
