Common use of LESSOR'S RESERVED RIGHTS Clause in Contracts

LESSOR'S RESERVED RIGHTS. Lessor reserves all rights not specifically granted to Lessee in this Lease. Specifically reserved by Lessor are all oil, gas and other mineral rights from the surface to the top of the Queenston Shales, other than such rights allowed to Lessee to drill through such reserved portions as are necessary for Lessee to have access to the Queenston Shales and below.
