Lessor’s Right to Inspect and Show the Leased Property. Lessee shall permit Lessor and its authorized representatives upon two (2) Business Days’ prior notice to (i) inspect the Leased Property of any Facility and any Capital Addition thereto and (ii) exhibit the same to prospective purchasers and lenders, and during the last twelve (12) months of the Term, to prospective lessees or managers, in each instance during usual business hours and subject to any reasonable security, health, safety or confidentiality requirements of Lessee or any Legal Requirement or Insurance Requirement. Lessee shall cooperate with Lessor in exhibiting the Leased Property of any Facility and any Capital Additions thereto to prospective purchasers, lenders, lessees and managers.
