Letter of Credit Fronting and Administrative Fees. The Borrower shall pay to the Issuing Bank a fronting fee of one quarter percent per annum (.25%) on the aggregate amount available to be drawn on each outstanding Letter of Credit, such fee to be due and payable quarterly in arrears with respect to each Letter of Credit on the dates established in Section 4.6(b) for the payment of Letter of Credit facility fees. The Borrower shall also pay to the Issuing Bank such administrative fee and other fees, if any, in connection with the Letters of Credit in such amounts and at such times as the Issuing Bank and the Borrower shall agree from time to time.
Letter of Credit Fronting and Administrative Fees. Borrowers agree to pay Agent, for the benefit of the Issuing Bank, a fee equal to 0.125% of the face amount of each Letter of Credit requested by Borrowers, if any. Such fee shall be due and payable at the time of issuance of any such Letter of Credit. Borrowers also agree to pay all present and future expenses, charges, costs and fees of any Letter of Credit application, including, without limitation, all amendment fees, presentation fees, wire charges, commissions, transfer fees, issuance fees and attorneys' fees and expenses of the Issuing Bank.
Letter of Credit Fronting and Administrative Fees. From and after the date on which there is more than one Lender, the Borrower shall pay to the Issuing Bank a fronting fee of one-eighth of one percent per annum (0.125%) on the aggregate amount available to be drawn on each outstanding Letter of Credit, such fee to be payable quarterly in arrears with respect to each Letter of Credit on the dates established in Section 4.6(b) for the payment of Letter of Credit facility fees with respect to such Letter of Credit.

The Parent shall pay to the Issuing Bank a fronting fee of twelve and one-half basis points (0.125%) on the initial aggregate US Dollar Equivalent Amount available to be drawn on each Letter of Credit, such fee to be due and payable in full with respect to each Letter of Credit on the date of the issuance (or renewal) thereof. The Parent shall also pay to the Issuing Bank such administrative fee and other fees, if any, in connection with the Letters of Credit in such amounts and at such times as the Issuing Bank and the Parent shall agree from time to time.

Borrower also agrees to pay all present and future expenses, charges, costs and fees of any Letter of Credit application, including, without limitation, all attorneys' fees and expenses of the Issuing Lender or other Lender.

SEI shall pay to the Issuing Bank a fronting fee of one-eighth of one percent (0.125%) per annum on the initial aggregate amount available to be drawn on each outstanding Letter of Credit, such fee to be due and payable in full with respect to each Letter of Credit on the date of issuance (or renewal) thereof. SEI shall also pay to the Issuing Bank such administrative fee and other fees, if any, in connection with the Letters of Credit in such amounts and at such times as the Issuing Bank and SEI shall agree from time to time.

The Borrower shall also pay to the Issuing Bank such administrative fee and other fees, if any, in connection with the Letters of Credit in such amounts and at such times as the Issuing Bank and the Borrower shall agree from time to time.
Letter of Credit Fronting and Administrative Fees. The US Facility Borrower shall pay to the Issuing Bank a fronting fee of 0.075% per annum on the initial aggregate US Dollar Equivalent Amount available to be drawn on each outstanding Letter of Credit, such fee to be due and payable in full monthly in arrears on the last Business Day of each calendar month with respect to each Letter of Credit issued or renewed during such calendar month. The US Facility Borrower shall also pay to the Issuing Bank such administrative fee and other fees, if any, in connection with the Letters of Credit in such amounts and at such times as the Issuing Bank and the US Facility Borrower shall agree from time to time.

The Facility Borrowers under a certain Letter of Credit Facility shall pay to the Issuing Bank for such Letter of Credit Facility (i) a fronting fee of 0.125% per annum on the initial aggregate amount available to be drawn on each outstanding Letter of Credit issued under such Letter of Credit Facility, such fee to be due and payable in full with respect to each Letter of Credit on the date of issuance (or renewal) thereof, and (ii) such administrative fee and other fees, if any, in connection with the Letters of Credit in such amounts and at such times as the applicable Issuing Bank and the applicable Facility Borrowers with respect to such Letter of Credit Facility shall agree from time to time.
