Level 5 - Arbitration. a. If the teacher or secretary is dissatisfied with the decision of the Board and if the grievance pertains to a violation of the terms and conditions of employment as specified in writing in this agreement between the Board and the Association, the Association may request the appointment of an arbitrator, such request to be made known to the superintendent no later than ten (10) school/work days after the decision, in writing, of the Board.
