Level of Assistance. If an employee believes that the level of assistance within the classroom is inadequate, or that their caseload is unmanageable or adversely impacts the quality of service to students, they may request a meeting with the immediate supervisor and start the concern process. If further action is necessary, the employee(s) may forward the concern to the Association to take to the Labor Management Team meeting. The employee(s) may request the Association assist them in presenting this concern. The District shall provide the employee with a written response within ten (10) working days of the meeting.
