Level Two - Mediation. a. If the aggrieved person(s) is not satisfied with the decision at Formal Level One, mediation may be requested within ten (10) working days after the Level One decision is received. The appropriate Assistant Superintendent, or designee, and an Association Representative from the Association shall meet with all parties to mediate a solution.
