LFA Representative. For purposes of this Agreement, the principal representative of the LFA shall be the person named or acting in the position identified in block 12 of the face sheet of this Agreement. The Global Fund may, in its sole discretion, decide to replace the LFA or designate an alternative principal representative of the LFA and shall inform the Principal Recipient accordingly.
