Common use of LFC Insurance Clause in Contracts

LFC Insurance. (a) During the Term, and for a period of two years following the effective date of termination, the LFC will, at its own expense, ensure that it maintains adequate insurance in respect of its potential liability for loss or damage under this Agreement, including public liability insurance for a sum of not less than $10,000,000 for any claim or series of claims arising out of one event.
