LGFF's Responsibility for Property and Personal Damages. Except as provided in Clause 9, the LGFF will be responsible for all damages to property and to persons, including third parties, which occur as a result of LGFF or LGFF's agents or employee fault or negligence. The term "third parties" is construed to include employees of the Government.
