Liabilities for Breach of Agreement. 4.1 Either Party that breaches this Agreement and thus causes it impossible to perform this Agreement in whole or in part shall bear the liability for breach of contract, and indemnify the other Party against the losses (including litigation fees and attorney fees) thus caused.
