Warner Bros shall pay City 100% of the annual fully loaded salary of the assigned Fire Captain. For purposes of this agreement, fully loaded shall mean all compensation and benefits which are paid by the City to a Fire Captain, including base salary, and all other benefits as established by the terms of the Burbank Fire Fighters Association Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) in effect at the time services are provided.
