Liabilities of AT&T ILLINOIS. AT&T ILLINOIS’ liability to MCIm during any Contract Year resulting from any and all causes, other than as specified in Sections 27, 33, 15.3 and 16 of these general terms and conditions, shall not exceed Twenty Five Million Dollars ($25,000,000).
