Liability for Company Debts and Obligations. No member will be personally liable for any of the expenses, liabilities, or obligations of the Company except to the extent expressly provided in this Agreement, or in an agreement executed by such member evidencing his or her agreement to be personally liable for any expense, liability, or obligation.
