Liability for criminal act of Employees. 16.1.1 The Service Provider shall be liable to the Post Office and indemnify and hold harmless the Post Office against any loss that the Post Office or any third Party may suffer as a result of any theft, fraud or other criminal act undertaken by any of the Service Provider’s Employees/personnel or other person for whom the Service Provider is responsible in law.
