Liability for Damages and Losses. Without prejudice to the provisions in paragraph 21.1, the Concessionaire shall undertake full and strict liability for all environmental damages that may result from execution of the Operations, directly or indirectly. The Concessionaire shall indemnify the damages resulting from the Operations. The Concessionaire shall indemnify the Federal Government and ANP, pursuant to paragraphs 2.2 to 2.6, for any and all lawsuit, appeal, claim or legal oppositions, arbitration court, audit, inspection, investigation, or dispute of any kind, as well as for any damages, compensations, punishments, fines, or penalties of any kind, related to or resulting from such damages and losses.

Liability for Damages and Losses. Without prejudice and according to the provisions of paragraph 21.1, the Concessionaire shall assume full and objective responsibility, for all damages and losses to the environment and third parties which might result, directly or indirectly, from the Operations and their performance, as well as from their relinquishment and the removal and reversion of assets pursuant to paragraphs 18.8 to 18.19, being obliged to repair them and to indemnify the Federal Government and the ANP, pursuant to paragraphs 2.2 and 2.3, for all and any action, appeal, lawsuits or court injunctions, arbitration, auditing, inspection, investigation or disputes of any kind whatsoever, as well as any indemnifications, compensations, punishments, fines or penalties of any nature whatsoever, related to or resulting from such damages or losses.
Liability for Damages and Losses. 8.1 In the event of loss or damage to the Customer's luggage during an air flight, the Customer shall report this fact immediately after discovering the damage to the air carrier in the place designated for this purpose by the respective airline via a damage report form (P.I.R.). In accordance with the general terms and conditions of travel applied by the airlines, immediate notification of the incident is necessary to repair the resulting damage. 8.2 The Customer accepts the general conditions of air travel applied by the air carrier. 8.3 During the tourist event, the Client is responsible for the material damage resulting from his/her fault and is obliged to compensate for the losses resulting therefrom. Damages caused by minors are the responsibility of their legal guardians.
