Air Carrier. Any U.S. Air Carrier and any "foreign air carrier" (as defined in the Transportation Code) as to which there is in force a permit granted under Section 41302 of the Transportation Code.

Air Carrier. Borrower is a Certificated Air Carrier. Borrower possesses all other necessary certificates, franchises, air carrier and other licenses, permits, rights, authorizations and concessions and consents which are material to the operation of Aircraft operated by it and routes flown by it and the conduct of its business and operations as currently conducted.
Air Carrier. Allegiant Air LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, (i) is an “air carrier” within the meaning of 49 U.S.C. Section 40102(a) and (ii) holds an air carrier operating certificate issued by the Secretary of Transportation pursuant to Chapter 447 of Title 49 of the United States Code for aircraft capable of carrying 10 or more individuals or 6,000 pounds or more of cargo. Each of the Company and Allegiant Air LLC is a “citizen of the United States” as defined in 49 U.S.C. Section 40102.
Air Carrier. Any person, or persons, including corporations, that undertakes, whether directly or indirectly or by lease or any other arrangement, to engage in air commerce, that is certificated by the FAA, and that holds a current FAA certificate to transport air passengers or property for hire.

Air Carrier. Where the repair station is also a 14 CFR part 121 air carrier and holds a 14 CFR part 145 certificate, the procedure shall ensure that at least one of its main maintenance facilities is rated for the aircraft type(s) and the scope of work is relevant to the line station(s).
Air Carrier. An Argentine or foreign public- or private-law natural or artificial person lawfully using an air craft on its own behalf, even if not for profit, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter VIII of Title IV of the Aviation Code.
