Liability for Failure to Stop Payment of Preauthorized Transfer. If you order us to stop a preauthorized payment three (3) business days or more before the transfer is scheduled, and we do not do so, we will be liable for your losses or damages. We reserve the right to block or cancel your Card Account or Virtual Account if, as a result of our policies and processes we detect what we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, suspicious or criminal activity or any activity that is inconsistent with this Agreement. We will incur no liability to you because of the unavailability of the funds that may be associated with your Card Account and/or Virtual Account.
