Liability for review of Documents and Drawings. Express extent expressly provided in this Agreement:
a. no review, comment or approval by the Authority or its Representative of any Document or Drawing submitted by the Concessionaire nor any observation or inspection of the construction, operation or maintenance of the Project nor the failure to review, approve, comment, observe or inspect hereunder shall relieve or absolve the Concessionaire from its obligations, duties and liabilities under this Agreement, Applicable Laws and Applicable Permits; and
b. the Authority shall not be liable to the Concessionaire by reason of any review, comment, approval, observation or inspection referred to in Sub-clause (a) above.

(a) no review, comment or approval by the Authority or the Independent Engineerof any Project Agreement, Document or Drawing submitted by the Concessionaire nor any observation or inspection of the construction, operation or maintenance of the HealthcareNetwork nor the failure to review, approve, comment, observe or inspect hereunder shall relieve or absolve the Concessionaire from its obligations, duties and liabilities under this Agreement, the Applicable Laws and Applicable Permits; and
(b) the Authority shall not be liable to the Concessionaire by reason of any review, comment, approval, observation or inspection referred to in Sub- clause (a) above.

(a) no review, comment or approval by the Client of any Project Agreement, Document or Drawing submitted by the Developer nor any observation or inspection of the construction, operation or maintenance as the case may be of the Project nor the failure to review, approve, comment, observe or inspect hereunder shall relieve or absolve the Developer from its obligations, duties and liabilities under this Agreement, the Applicable Laws and Applicable Permits; and

(a) no review, comment or approval by the RSCL or the EIC of any Document or Drawing submitted by the Contractor nor any observation or inspection of the construction, or maintenance of the Work nor the failure to review, approve, comment, observe or inspect hereunder shall relieve or absolve the Contractor from its obligations, duties and liabilities under this Agreement, the Applicable Laws and Applicable Permits; and
(b) the RSCL shall not be liable to the Contractor by reason of any review, comment, approval, observation or inspection referred to in Sub-clause (a) above.

(a) no review, comment or approval by the SPV of any Project Agreement, document or drawing submitted by the Developer nor any observation or inspection of the construction, operation or maintenance of the Project nor the failure to review, approve, comment, observe or inspect hereunder shall relieve or absolve the Developer from its obligations, duties and liabilities under this Agreement, Applicable Law and Applicable Permits; and
(b) the SPV shall not be liable to the Developer by reason of any review, comment, approval, observation or inspection referred to in Sub-clause (a) above.

(a) no review, comment or approval by CGM of any Document or Drawing submitted by the Agency nor any observation or inspection of the exploration activities nor the failure to review, approve, comment, observe or inspect hereunder shall relieve or absolve the Agency from its obligations, duties and liabilities under this Agreement, Applicable Laws and Applicable Permits; and
(b) CGM shall not be liable to the Agency by reason of any review, comment, approval, observation or inspection referred to in sub-clause (a) above.

(a) no review, comment or approval by the SH&DB or the Independent Engineer of any Project Agreement, Document or Drawing submitted by the DEVELOPER nor any observation or inspection of the construction, operation or maintenance as the case may be of the Project nor the failure to review, approve, comment, observe or inspect hereunder shall relieve or absolve the DEVELOPER from its obligations, duties and liabilities under this Agreement, the Applicable Laws and Applicable Permits; and similarly for the SH&DB.
(b) The SH&DB shall not be liable to the DEVELOPER by reason of any review, comment, approval, observation or inspection referred to in Sub-clause (a) above.

25.6.1 no review, comment or approval by the Service Partner (NDMC) of any Project Agreement, Document, Design or Drawing submitted by the Service Provider nor any observation or inspection of the operation or maintenance of the Equipment nor the failure to review, approve, comment, observe or inspect hereunder shall relieve or absolve the Service Provider from its obligations, duties and liabilities under this Agreement, the Applicable Laws and Applicable Permits; and
25.6.2 the Service Partner (NDMC) shall not be liable to the Service Provider by reason of any review, comment, approval, observation or inspection referred to in Sub-clause (a) above.
