Maintenance of the Work. The ESCO shall maintain the work until the work or designated portions of the work are accepted by the University. No partial or entire use of the ECMs by the University shall constitute acceptance of the work, or any labor, goods or materials provided under this Agreement which are not in accordance with the Project Documents or the terms of this Agreement.
Maintenance of the Work. Both parties recognize that maintenance of the Work on a regular basis is essential to the integrity of the Work. Texas Tech will take reasonable steps to assure that the Work is properly maintained and protected in accordance with the instructions of the Artist provided in Section 2.6.3, and will reasonably protect and maintain the Work.
Maintenance of the Work. The Developer shall maintain the Work until all deficiencies in the Work are corrected to conform to the plans and the County’s standards and specifications for the Work. In the event the Work is not to be maintained by a public agency, Developer agrees to notify any purchaser of his responsibilities for continued proper maintenance of improvements in a manner consistent with the purposes of the County approval.
Maintenance of the Work. While the Work is designed to be relatively maintenance-free, the Collector or its assignee, assumes responsibility for minor maintenance, including periodic cleaning and waxing as necessary, as well as periodic changing of Maypole ribbons/straps. The Artist will provide instructions for cleaning and maintaining the Work and recommend services to assist.
Maintenance of the Work. The Trust recognizes that although normal maintenance of the Work will involve simple and relatively inexpensive procedures, such maintenance on a regular basis is essential to the integrity and authenticity of the Work. The Trust shall assure such regular maintenance according to the written specifications of the Artist, and shall protect and maintain the Work against the ravages of time, vandalism and the elements, and to the extent practicable shall make all significant repairs and restorations of the Work in accordance with Section 4.20(E) below.
Maintenance of the Work. 107.4.1 Construction Stakes, Lines, and Grades Work requiring line and grade Work shall not be performed by the Contractor until adequate lines and grades have been established by the Authority or, at the direction of the Authority, by the Contractor. When the Work Request or Schedule of Values contains a Pay Item for construction surveying, the Authority will provide control points and bench marks as described in the Work Request or Plans. The Contractor shall furnish and set construction stakes establishing lines and grades in accordance with the provisions of Section 625 of CDOT Standard Specifications. T he Contractor shall perform all required layout Work to complete the Work. The Authority may order extra surveying which will be compensated as Non Pre-Priced Work. The Authority shall have the right to check all staking and Work in place to ensure conformance with the Contract.
