Common use of Liability for Subcontractors Clause in Contracts

Each Party shall remain solely and wholly responsible for the performance of any of its obligations under this Agreement and under its Grant Agreement by any subcontractor, and shall ensure that any such subcontracts ensure the Party is in a position to comply with all its obligations under this Agreement and its Grant Agreement.
