PUBLICATIONS AND COMMUNICATION. 9.1. For the avoidance of doubt, no Party to the ICON project shall be entitled to publish or allow the publishing of any data that constitutes Background, Sideground, Foreground or Confidential Information of another Party, even where such data is amalgamated with such first Party’s Foreground, Background, Sideground or other information, document or material, without the prior written consent of the other Party.

PUBLICATIONS AND COMMUNICATION. Publications are prepared with due regard to confidentiality of the information belonging to the Parties or to third parties. The publication of the results obtained by the members of the ERABLE JPT shall be decided by the JPT leader on the proposal of his/her team researchers. The employer's initials upon which each author of the publication depends shall be the first area of its affiliation. The name of the ERABLE JPT may be mentioned at the bottom of the page. The Parties shall be able to communicate on the subject of the ERABLE JPT on any institutional media such as their websites, with reference to the JPT's different affiliated institutions.

  • Notices and Communications Any legal notice under this Agreement shall be in writing to the other party at such address as the other party may designate from time to time for the receipt of such legal notice and shall be deemed to be received on the earlier of the date actually received or on the fourth day after the postmark if such legal notice is mailed first class postage prepaid. In relation to communications other than legal notices under this Agreement, each party may communicate with and provide information to the other party in whatever medium deemed appropriate. This may include the use of e-mail, the internet or other electronic means, in the place of paper communications.

  • Notices and Communication Any notice or other communication that either party gives relating to the purchase of the Products by the Company shall be made in writing and given either by hand, first class recorded postal delivery, or electronic mail to a previously designated authorized individual or facsimile transmission.
