Common use of Liability Insurance-Landlord Clause in Contracts

Liability Insurance-Landlord. Landlord shall obtain and keep in force during the term of this Lease a policy of Combined Single Limit Bodily Injury and Broad Form Property Damage Insurance, plus coverage against such other risks Landlord deems advisable from time to time, insuring Landlord, but not Tenant, against liability arising out of the ownership, use, occupancy or maintenance of the Office Building Project in an amount not less than $5,000,000.00 per occurrence.

Landlord shall obtain and keep in force during the term of this Lease a policy of Combined Single Limit Bodily Injury and Broad Form Property Damage Insurance, plus coverage against such other risks Landlord deems advisable from time to time, insuring Landlord, but not Tenant, against liability arising out of the ownership, use, occupancy or maintenance of the Office Building Project in an amount not less than $5,000,000.00 2,000,000.00 per occurrence; however, Landlord may elect to self insure.
