Common use of LIABILITY, INSURANCE, LICENSES AND PERMITS Clause in Contracts

LIABILITY, INSURANCE, LICENSES AND PERMITS. Where Proposers are required to enter onto City of Hallandale Beach property to deliver materials or perform work or services, as a result of proposal award, the Proposer will assume full duty, obligation and expense of obtaining all necessary licenses, permits, inspections and insurance, as required. The Proposer shall be liable for any damage or loss to the City occasioned by negligence of the Proposer (or agent) or any person the Proposer has designated in the completion of a contract as a result of the proposal.

The Proposer shall be liable for any damage or loss to the City City/CRA occasioned by negligence of the Proposer (or agent) or any person the Proposer has designated in the completion of a contract as a result of the proposal.
