Liability of Association. The Association shall reinsure the Member’s Minnesota workers’ compensation liability and shall indemnify the Member for 100 percent of the amount of ultimate loss arising out of each occurrence compensable under Minn. Stat. Ch. 176 to the extent that the ultimate loss exceeds the Member’s retention limit in effect at the time of the loss occurrence and subject to the terms and conditions of the Enabling Act, the Plan, and the Operating Rules.
