LIABILITY OF LESSOR. Lessee, for and in consideration of this Lease and the demise of the said premises, hereby agrees and covenants with Lessor that Lessor shall not be liable for any damage to persons or property arising from any cause whatsoever, which shall occur in any manner in or about the said premises, and Lessee hereby agrees to indemnify and save harmless Lessor from any and all claims and liability for damage to persons or property arising from any cause whatsoever, which shall occur in any manner in or about the said premises.
