Liability of Members - For Capital. The liability of each Member for capital shall be limited to the amount of its agreed Capital Contribution as a Member as provided in Section 3.1 and Section 3.5, except that the Members may be liable to the Company for amounts distributed to them as a return of capital as provided by the Act. The Members shall not be required to contribute any additional capital to the Company except as provided in Section 3.5.
