Liability of Subcontractors. Any Subconsultant of the Commissioning Agent shall have the same responsibilities and obligations as the Commissioning Agent to comply with the provisions of this Paragraph 8.4 and shall be subject to the same penalties for failure to comply as set forth in Paragraph 8.4.4.
