Liability of the Contracting Parties. 1. Without prejudice to paragraph [4] of this Article and any other specific provisions of the Network Code, the Contracting Parties are restrictively obliged to compensate for actual pecuniary losses due to willful breach of any obligations as per present Agreement, as specified in the following paragraphs of this Article. The Parties are not liable for compensation in case of consequential damages.
