Common use of Liability of the Contracting Parties Clause in Contracts

Liability of the Contracting Parties. (1) The Agency may not under any circumstances or for any reason whatsoever be held liable for damage sustained by the Contractor himself or by his staff during the performance of the contract. The Agency shall not accept any claim for compensation or repairs in respect of such damage.
