LIABILITY OF THE RECLAIM FUND FOR DORMANT ACCOUNT BALANCES. The Participant acknowledges that, notwithstanding that the Participant may transfer to the Reclaim Fund only the Agreed Proportion Amount under the Alternative Scheme, the liability of the Reclaim Fund under section 2(2)(b) of the Act is in respect of the Dormant Account Balances to which the Agreed Proportion Amount relates and the provisions of clause 2 of Part B of this agreement shall apply accordingly (subject to the modifications set out in clause 5.2(a) of this Part C below).
