Inactive and Dormant Client Accounts. 18.1. If the Client Account is inactive for three (3) months or more (i.e. there is no trading, no open positions, no withdrawals or deposits), it will be charged a monthly maintenance fee. The fee will equal 10 units of the account currency and will be charged on the first day of the month following the three (3) months of inactivity.
18.2. If the Client Account is inactive for one year or more, and after notifying the Client in its last known address, the Company reserves the right to close the Client Account and render it dormant. Money in the dormant account shall remain owing to the Client and the Company shall make and retain records and return such funds upon request by the Client at any time thereafter.
Inactive and Dormant Client Accounts. 24.1. Inactivity Fees: Fees may be payable by you by virtue of the fact that the Trading Platform is continually provided to you for trading, regardless of your actual use. If there are no transactions (deposits, withdrawals or trading activity) on your Trading Account for a period of at least two (2) months or more, the Company reserves the right, to charge a monthly inactivity fee on your Trading Account, in return for the provision of the continued availability of your Trading Account. You agree that you are liable to and will pay the applicable fee as notified to you from time to time and that we may deduct such fee from any funds held by us on your behalf. The monthly inactivity fee shall increase as the total period of inactivity increases. The exact fee schedule will be calculated according to the currency denomination of your Trading Account and is set out as follows or as changed by the Company from time to time and notified to the Client: Inactivity period Monthly Trading Account Inactivity Fee 0 to 2 months 0 2 to 3 months 80 EUR or the equivalent amount in the client's currency as per the exchange rate that day 3 to 6 months 120 EUR or the equivalent amount in the client's currency as per the exchange rate that day Over 6 months 200 EUR or the equivalent amount in the client's currency as per the exchange rate that day
24.2. If the Trading Account is inactive for four (4) years or more, and after notifying the Client in its last known contact details, the Company reserves the right to close the Trading Account and render it dormant. Money in the dormant account shall remain owing to the Client and the Company shall make and retain records and return such funds upon request by the Client at any time thereafter.
24.3. In the event of inactivity or dormancy, the company reserves the right to cancel any unused (“active”) bonuses. The conditions set forth in Bonus Terms and Conditions policy will apply.

16.2. If the Client Account is inactive for one year or more, the Company reserves the right (after calling or emailing the Client using the last known contact details) to close the account.
Inactive and Dormant Client Accounts. 6.1 If, for 90 (ninety) calendar days, there are no trades or non-trading operations (including agent operations) on a client account with a balance less than $5 (or the equivalent sum depending in the Currency of the Client Agreement), then the account will be archived.
6.2 When the client account is archived, all trades on the account will be archived as well and cannot be restored. However, at the client's request, the company can provide a history of a requested account.
6.3 If the client has trades older than 35 (thirty-five) calendar days, they will be combined and removed.
6.4 If the Client Account is inactive for four years or more, and after notifying the Client in its last known address, the Company reserves the right to close the Client Account and render it dormant.
6.5 At the client's request, a previously archived account may be restored. Money in the archived account shall remain owing to the Client and the Company shall make and retain records and return such funds upon request by the Client at any time thereafter.

6.3 If the client has trades older than 14 (fourteen) calendar days, they will be combined and removed. The total of these trades is credited to the client's account.
6.4 If the Client Account is inactive for four years or more, and after notifying the Client in its last known address, the Company reserves the right to close the Client Account and render it dormant.
6.5 Without derogation from the rest of the provisions of the Agreement, an account that has been archived in accordance with paragraph 6.1. of Part B of the Client Agreement, may be restored, at the client's request. Money in the archived account, shall remain owing to the Client and the Company shall make and retain records and return such funds upon request by the Client at any time thereafter.
6.6 Paragraphs 6.1 - 6.5 are only applicable in relation to MT4 accounts only.
6.7 Without prejudice to the above mentioned paragraphs, if there are no trades and/or non-trading operations (including agent operations) for a period of time determined in the Company’s sole discretion, partial or full scope restrictions/limitations may be placed on the Client’s Personal Area and/or Trading Account(s). In such a case, the Client shall be required to follow the Company’s requests for documentation and/or information in order to regain full access to his/her Personal Area and/or Trading Accounts. For the avoidance of doubt, none of the above limitations/restrictions will impact the Client’s ability to withdraw funds.

16.2. If the Client Account is inactive for one year or more, the Company reserves the right (after calling or emailing the Client using the last known contact details) to close the account.
Inactive and Dormant Client Accounts. 18.1 If the Client Account is inactive for six months or more (i.e. there is no trading, withdrawals or deposits), it may be charged a monthly maintenance fee which may be different for different types of Client Accounts or Financial Instrument. The applicable fees, once applied, are found on the Company’s Website.
18.2 If the Client Account is inactive for one (1) year or more, and after notifying the Client in its last known address, the Company reserves the right to close the Client Account and render it dormant. Money in the dormant account shall remain owing to the Client and the Company shall make and retain records and return such funds upon request by the Client at any time thereafter.
18.3 Dormant accounts will be charged an annual maintenance fee of US$25 or the full amount of the free balance in the account if the free balance is less than US$25. There will be no charge if the free balance is zero. Consequently, all accounts with a zero free balance will be closed.

If the Client Account is inactive for three months or more the Company reserves the right to render the account dormant and shall have the right to charge the Client Account a inactivity fee of 15 units (depending on the Currency of the Client Account) of as determined by the Company in its discretion from time to time in the Trading Conditions in order to maintain the Client Account open and cover any bank or other related charges. The Company shall not need to contact the Client before it starts charging the fee. These fees if charged, will appear on the Company’s Website. Money in the dormant account shall remain owing to the Client and the Company shall make and retain records and return such funds upon request by the Client at any time thereafter.
18.2. If the Client Account is inactive for one year or more, the Company reserves the right (after calling or emailing the Client using the last known contact details) terminate the agreement.
Inactive and Dormant Client Accounts. 18.1. If the Client Account is inactive for three months or more in that the Client fails to provide an Order, the Company reserves the right to render the Client Account dormant and shall have the right to charge the Client Account a fee. Inactive Accounts will be subject to a monthly charge of thirty (30) USD or its equivalent in the currency of the trading account (“Inactivity Fee”) for every Inactive Account relating to the maintenance, administration and compliance management of such Inactive Accounts, which charge shall apply in accordance with the following formula:
a) where you have more than one (1) Trading Account and all of such Trading Accounts are Inactive Accounts, Inactivity Fee shall be charged separately for each Inactive Account;
b) where you have more than one (1) Trading Account, and at least one (1) of your Trading Accounts is inactive, Inactivity Fee shall apply for each Inactive Accounts;
c) where the balance of any Inactive Account to which Inactivity Fee is applicable under this Clause is less than thirty (30) USD, then the Inactivity Fee for such Inactive Account shall be equal to the amount of the remaining balance on such Inactive Account. We reserve the right to charge the Inactivity Fee retroactively for any month in which we had the right to charge it but did not do so for technical reasons.
Inactive and Dormant Client Accounts. 19.1. If the Client Account has not featured any trading, open positions, withdrawals or deposits, it will be considered inactive on the calendar day after the last trade, withdrawal, deposit or closed position (the ‘Inactive Date’). Where a Client Account remains inactive for a continuous period of three months after the Inactive Date, we may charge a monthly Inactivity Fee.
19.2. As of the date of this Agreement, the Inactivity Fee is USD$10 per calendar month, paid in arrears. For the avoidance of doubt, the monthly fee for a given calendar month will be deducted notwithstanding the fact that the account was only considered inactive for part of that month. In the event that there are insufficient funds in your trading account to meet this fee, Xtrade reserves the right to charge a lower fee or close your account.
19.3. If the Client Account is inactive for one year or more from the Inactive Date, the Company may cease charging the Inactivity Fee and reserves the right to suspend the Client Account and render it dormant. Money in the dormant account shall remain owing to the Client and the Company shall make and retain records and return such funds upon request by the Client at any time thereafter. The Company may charge a fee during the period when the Account is dormant.
19.4. As of the date of this Agreement, a dormant account may be charged a fee of USD$60 per calendar month, paid in arrears. In the event that there are insufficient funds in your trading account to meet this fee, Xtrade reserves the right to charge a lower fee or close your account.
19.5. These fees are subject to change with immediate effect by notice on the Website. Please refer to the Website for the latest inactivity and dormant account fees. It is the Client’s responsibility to frequently visit the Website to review any changes to the fees and charges applicable to the Client Account. It is your sole responsibility to ensure you terminate your account if you no longer wish to trade with Xtrade. We may notify you that your account has become inactive out of courtesy but are under no obligation to do so.
