Common use of Library Collections Clause in Contracts

Library Collections. There shall be no abridgment of access to library collections for reasons of content or suitability. This paragraph shall not be construed to interfere with sound principles of library management, such as the protection of rare or valuable materials. Library acquisitions will be made on the basis of educational judgment and budgetary limitations and shall remain free of censorship.
