RECOGNITION AND DEFINITION OF TERMS. A. The STATE, by the Office of Employee Relations, and the Colleges/Universities hereby recognize the UNION as the exclusive representative for the purpose of collective negotiations for all terms and conditions of employment in a unit embracing the institutions set forth in Paragraph B.2 below, the composition of which is described as follows:

RECOGNITION AND DEFINITION OF TERMS. A. The County hereby recognizes the Union as the exclusive representative for the purpose of collective negotiations for all terms and conditions of employment for those employees covered by this Agreement as defined and identified in Appendix A. The County and the Union recognize the rights and obligations of the parties to negotiate wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment and to administer this Agreement on behalf of covered employees, and that such administration shall apply equally to all employees in the bargaining unit without regard to membership or non-membership in the Union. The Union and the County agree that the terms and provisions hereof shall apply to all full and part time employees.
