Common use of Libre’s Role Clause in Contracts

Libre’s Role. 2.1. Securing and Indemnifying a Bond. Libre will use its relationships with immigration bond agents to find third-party bonding companies able to issue the Detainee’s bond. In order to induce a bonding company and/or surety to underwrite the Detainee’s bond, Libre will indemnify the bonding company and/or surety against loss and has granted assurances that the Libre program can better assist the Detainee with compliance of their bond terms.
