Licence and Restrictions. 2.1 Nuix grants the fully paid user a licence to use the purchased Bundle in perpetuity or as restricted by the Customer Invoice. The legitimate use of the Licence is subject to the full payment of all moneys due and payable to Nuix for the provision of the Bundle.
