Licence Conditions. 1.1 Subject to clause 11, the Licensor grants to the Licensee a non-exclusive, non- transferable, revocable licence to download, install, backup and use the Software including any documentation and files accompanying the Software (“Material”) on the number of personal computers and mobile devices (as specified by the Licensor at the time of granting the Licence) which are owned, leased or otherwise controlled by the Licensee ("Licensed System").
