Upon provision of information required to create an account to use the Service and payment of the relevant fees, Subject to the provisions of clause 5.1, RM agrees to provide You with the non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable right to access the Service and the Software for use solely in connection with educational services You provide to Users for the duration of the Term. You are not authorised to allow other entities to access or use the Service and You will not charge any User for access or use of the Service unless You have first obtained RM’s written consent.
