Common use of Licence Grant Clause in Contracts

Licence Grant. 2.1 The Publisher hereby grants to the Institution, subject to and in accordance with the terms of this Licence, a non-exclusive non-transferable licence to access and use the Licensed Material and to allow Authorised Users to access and use the Licensed Material via Secure Authentication and for Educational Purposes. 2.2 In consideration for the Publisher’s licensing of the Licensed Material pursuant to Clause 2.1, the Institution undertakes to pay to the Publisher the Licence Fee in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1.

Licence Grant. 2.1 The Publisher hereby grants to the Institutioneach Member, subject to and in accordance with the terms of this LicenceAgreement, a non-exclusive non-transferable licence to access and use the Licensed Material and to allow Members and Authorised Users to access and use the Licensed Material via Secure Authentication and for Educational PurposesPurposes (the “Licence”). 2.2 In consideration for the Publisher’s licensing of the Licensed Material pursuant to Clause 2.1, the Institution undertakes Members undertake to pay to the Publisher the Licence Fee in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1Clause 8.

Licence Grant. 2.1 The Publisher hereby grants to the InstitutionAuthorised User, subject to and in accordance with the terms of this Licence, a non-exclusive non-transferable licence to access and use the Licensed Material and to allow Authorised Users and Additional Authorised Users where applicable to access and use the Licensed Material via Secure Authentication and for Educational and Commercial Purposes. 2.2 In consideration for the Publisher’s licensing of the Licensed Material pursuant to Clause 2.1, the Institution undertakes to pay to the Publisher the Licence Fee in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1Fee.
