Licence Renewal. The Employer shall pay for the cost of any mandatory medical exam and licence renewal fee required to maintain a Class AZ or DZ driver’s licence issued by the Ministry of Transport when the Employer requires the employee to have a Class AZ or DZ licence.
Licence Renewal. The Company agrees to pay the cost of the renewal of the Instructor’s licence for all employees including the cost of the medical examination and eye examination.
Licence Renewal. The Organisation Administrator will be contacted prior to the end of the licence term to discuss renewing the subscription by IRIS Connect or an Approved Partner. If a renewal licence is purchased this Agreement will be extended by the period stated in the renewal licence product.
Licence Renewal. The Employer shall reimburse employees renewal of necessary licences required in the performance of their duties.
Licence Renewal. The Council will subject to clauses 7, 8 and 9 at least three (3) months before the expiration of the Term give notice in writing to the Licensee requesting the Licensee to notify the Council in writing within thirty (30) days of the date of the Council’s notice whether the Licensee wishes the Council to grant a new licence for the Stall Site for a further term ending 30 June 2022.
Licence Renewal. Utilities Management may reimburse employees the cost of driving licences at its own discretion. Driver’s licences will be reimbursed for employees in any of the following categories: • permanent drivers; or • employees who regularly and frequently are required to drive as a part of their daily duties. The employee must drive on average at least three (3) days a week; or • employees who occasionally drive a Utilities Management vehicle and who would not otherwise obtain a licence but for whom driving represents an integral part of their duties.
Licence Renewal. 6.1 A Licence renewal notification will be sent to Licensee by Licensor one (1) to two (2) months prior to the expiry of the current Licence.
6.2 A Licence reminder will be sent to Licensee two (2) weeks prior to the expiry of the current Licence.
6.3 Should the Licence expire Licensor may, at its sole discretion, extend the previous Licence period for a maximum of thirty (30) days past the previous Licence expiration date. Should this period expire and no valid Licence is in force Licensor may, at its sole discretion, disable the Licensed Software preventing its Normal Use or issue an additional extension.
6.4 In the event of Licensor agreeing to provide a Licence extension in accordance with clause 6.3, Licensee will be liable for an administration charge of $200 or as varied by Licensor, which will be added to the pending Licence invoice.
6.5 Licensor shall notify Licensee in writing of any changes to the administration charge referred to in clause 6.4 three (3) months prior to the anniversary of the Commencement Date.
Licence Renewal. It is agreed that should a mechanic’s licence expire during the period of this Agreement, January 1, 2007 to December 31, 2009, the Company will pay for the renewal of the license.
