Pay on Temporary Transfer, Higher Rated Job. When an employee temporarily relieves in or performs the principal duties of a higher paying position either inside or outside the bargaining unit, he/she shall receive the rate for the job. The employee shall qualify for any pay increments based on length of service in the temporary assignment.
Pay on Temporary Transfer, Higher Rated Job. When an employee is assigned to a classification with a starting rate which is higher than the employee’s rate of pay, the employee shall receive the starting rate for that classification for the second consecutive shift assignment to that classification, and for each consecutive shift assignment to that classification thereafter. Where the starting rate is lower than the employee’s current salary rate, he shall receive the rate of pay which is next higher than his salary rate.
Pay on Temporary Transfer, Higher Rated Job. When an employee is assigned to another position for one (1) or more working days, they shall receive the higher pay rate. The minimum requirement for assignment shall be eight (8) hours.
Pay on Temporary Transfer, Higher Rated Job. When an employee temporarily relieves in or performs the principal duties of a higher paying position, for more than four (4) hours, at a flat rate of pay, she shall receive the rate for the job.
Pay on Temporary Transfer, Higher Rated Job. When an employee temporarily relieves in or performs the principal duties of a higher paying position for a period longer than ten (10) working days, she shall receive a ten per cent bonus pay or the rate of pay of the new position, whichever is less.
Pay on Temporary Transfer, Higher Rated Job. When an employee is assigned to another position for one (1) or more working days, he/she shall receive the higher pay rate.
Pay on Temporary Transfer, Higher Rated Job. When an Employee is assigned temporarily to a position paying a higher rate of pay, he shall receive the rate of pay for that classification.
Pay on Temporary Transfer, Higher Rated Job. When an employee temporarily relieves in a Union position or performs the principle duties of a higher paying position at a flat rate of pay, he/she shall receive the rate for the job which is the next level higher. When an employee temporarily relieves in or performs the principle duties of a higher paying position for which a salary range has been established, he/she shall receive the next level higher rate for the position. The employee shall qualify for any pay increments based on length of service in the temporary assignment. After temporary assignment of a higher classification for twelve (12) months cumulative, an employee shall be reclassified into that position permanently.
Pay on Temporary Transfer, Higher Rated Job. An employee assigned to a higher paying job shall be paid at the higher rate of pay for all hours worked at the higher paying job.
Pay on Temporary Transfer, Higher Rated Job. Inside Bargaining Unit When an employee temporarily relieves in or performs the principle duties of a higher paying position inside the bargaining unit, she shall receive the rate of pay of the job being performed in accordance to her seniority, however, in the event the employee voluntarily applies into a lower classification, he or she shall receive the maximum rate of that lower classification.
