Licence Scope. 2.1.1 Subject to the Customer’s payment of ongoing fees in accordance with this Agreement, BG provides a non-exclusive and time-limited right and access to use the Service in accordance with this Agreement (the “User Right”). The User Right cannot be transferred without BG's prior written acceptance.
