Platform Fee. Independent Tutor exclusively determines and adjusts Independent Tutor’s session rate. Independent Tutor consents to pay a fee for the use of the Site (“Platform Fee”) and authorizes Tadrees to deduct the Platform Fee directly from the Tutor’s Students’ payments Tadrees collects on behalf of Independent Tutor. The Platform Fee shall be a percentage of the amount paid by Tutor’s Students to Tadrees. The percentage shall be based on the total number of session hours Independent Tutor has provided to Tutor’s Students as set forth in the Tutor Payment Policies. Independent Tutor agrees that under no circumstances will Independent Tutor attempt to seek or receive compensation directly from Tutor’s Students. The platform requires a 30KD monthly subscription fee, subscription can be cancelled at anytime.
Platform Fee. In addition to the purchase price paid directly to the Artist, the Buyer agrees to pay a Platform Fee to DePlatform Inc., equivalent to 5% of the total sale price of each Artwork purchased. This fee compensates the Platform for its services in facilitating the availability and sale of Artworks.
Platform Fee. While creating an account is free, certain functions and services are subject to a fee. In consideration of AssignQ’s provision of the Services for your use and benefit hereunder, you agree to pay AssignQ the then applicable fees to use the Services, which may be on a per occurrence, monthly, and/or annual and/or subscription basis and are available on XxxxxxX.xxx (“Platform Fee”).
Platform Fee. In addition to the purchase price of the Artwork paid directly to the Artist, the Platform shall charge an additional fee equivalent to 5% of the total sale price of each piece of digital art sold on the Platform ("Platform Fee"). This fee is added on top of the sale price and is paid by the buyer at the point of transaction.
Platform Fee. The MERCHANT will be charged a percentage (%) of the transaction value as platform fee which shall be initially agreed as per the Annexe A. The revision of the rates, inclusion of new categories and removal of existing categories will be sole right of the XXX.XX and such revisions will be notified to the MERCHANT before 14 days of the change takes effect.
Platform Fee. 5.1 In consideration of the Audit Firm having access to the Platform for purpose of the Bank Confirmation process, the Audit Firm shall pay to the Provider a fee of Ringgit Malaysia Fifteen (RM15-00) only for each Bank Confirmation Reply Letter (hereinafter referred to as “Platform Fee”) received from the Respondent Bank through the Platform.
Platform Fee. For each quarter during the Term, the Company shall pay ACC the fees for services rendered under this Agreement as set forth on Schedule A hereto. Such fees shall be paid by wire transfer of immediately available funds on the first day of each calendar quarter (or portion thereof) during the term and be prorated for any partial quarter.
