LICENCE TO OCCUPY 5. The University permits You and Your Permitted Occupiers to occupy the Accommodation and to use the furniture and furnishings within it until this agreement ends. You have permission to use the facilities and communal areas of the Hall in common with the University and the other students of the University until this agreement ends.
License to Use You are authorized to use the Software on one (1) single computer only. You may not use the Software on any other machines other than the said single computer.
Vendor License to Use Customer hereby grants to Vendor a non-transferable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to use any Work Product solely as necessary to provide the Services to Customer. Except as provided in this Section, neither Vendor nor any Subcontractor shall have the right to use the Work Product in connection with the provision of services to its other customers without the prior written consent of Customer, which consent may be withheld in Customer’s sole discretion.
B7 Licence to Occupy Premises B7.1 Any land or Premises made available from time to time to the Contractor by the Authority in connection with the Contract shall be on a non-exclusive licence basis free of charge and shall be used by the Contractor solely for the purpose of performing its obligations under the Contract. The Contractor shall have the use of such land or Premises as licensee and shall vacate the same on completion, termination or abandonment of the Contract.
LICENSE TO USE WEBSITE The Company may provide You with certain information as a result of Your use of the Website or Services. Such information may include, but is not limited to, documentation, data, or information developed by the Company, and other materials which may assist in Your use of the Website or Services ("Company Materials"). Subject to this Agreement, the Company grants You a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Company Materials solely in connection with Your use of the Website and Services. The Company Materials may not be used for any other purpose, and this license terminates upon Your cessation of use of the Website or Services or at the termination of this Agreement.
COPYRIGHT LICENCE 3.1. The Corresponding Author retains ownership of the copyright in the Work, and hereby warrants that the copyright in the Work is licensed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Public License (CC-BY 4.0), a copy of which is available at: xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/licenses/by/4.0/legalcode, wherein (for the purposes of this Agreement) references to the “Licensor” shall be understood as references to the Corresponding Author, and references to “You” shall be understood as references to Xxxxxxx Open.

Import Licensing 1. Each Party shall ensure that all automatic and non- automatic import licensing measures are implemented in a transparent and predictable manner, and applied in accordance with the Agreement on Import Licensing Procedures in Annex 1A to the WTO Agreement.
DRIVERS LICENCE You must carry your Driver Licence and/or the copy of your English Translation on you at all times while driving. Please also keep a copy of your Rental Agreement in the vehicle at all times.
Driver’s License Executive shall have and carry a valid driver's license issued by his or her state of domicile or the State of Employment hereunder and a driver's permit issued by the Company whenever Executive is driving any motor vehicle in connection with Company business. Executive agrees to immediately notify Company in writing if Executive's driver's license is lost, expired, restricted, suspended or revoked for any reason whatsoever.
