Licences, authorisations consents and approvals. Each Lessee shall obtain and maintain for so long as it leases Lease Vehicles hereunder, all governmental licences, authorisations, consents and approvals required to carry on its business as now conducted and for the purposes of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, except to the extent that the failure is not reasonably likely to result in a Material Adverse Effect.
Licences, authorisations all necessary licences, consents and authorities, governmental or otherwise under this Agreement, the Principal Agreement, the New Security Documents and the Security Documents have been obtained and, as of the date of this Agreement, no further consents or authorities are necessary for any of the Security Parties to enter into this Agreement or otherwise perform its obligations hereunder;
