Necessary Licences definition

Necessary Licences means all licences, permits, certificates and consents in connection with or ancillary to the Permitted Use carried out at the Property for the maximum hours allowed by law including, for the avoidance of doubt but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, a premises licence in accordance with the meaning of section 11 of the Licensing Act 2003 and any personal licence granted to an individual within the meaning of section 111 of the Licensing Act 2003;
Necessary Licences means all Licences, permits, consents and certificates (including regular extensions of permitted hours) required in connection with the operation of the Property for the Permitted Use included without limitation those required in terms of the Licensing (Scotland) Xxx 0000 (if applicable) and/or the Licensing (Scotland) Xxx 0000 and any statutory amendments thereto;

  • Licences means conditional use of another party’s intellectual property rights.

For each Patent and Patent application in the Company Registered IP, the Target Companies have obtained valid assignments of inventions from each inventor. Except as set forth on Schedule 4.13(a)(iii), all Company Registered IP is owned exclusively by the applicable Target Company without obligation to pay royalties, licensing fees or other fees, or otherwise account to any third party with respect to such Company Registered IP.

  • Authorizations means all filings, recordings, and registrations with, and all validations or exemptions, approvals, orders, authorizations, consents, franchises, licenses, certificates, and permits from, any Governmental Authority.
